This short course is an introduction to audiovisual storytelling as a marketing tool.
The three modules give an overall understanding for narrative marketing, the principles of visual storytelling and utilising social media as a marketing platform.
Module 1: The story behind the product
Participants will identify the core phenomena and techniques that make storytelling an effective tool in marketing. The training highlights how narrative strategies add value to marketing initiatives, exploring ways to capture consumer interest and build brand engagement.
Module 2: Media production basics in practice
Participants will learn to utilize audiovisual tools to produce short creative works, drawing upon the content of Module 1. Additionally, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of how to create marketing-appropriate materials for various publishing platforms.
Module 3: Multichannel marketing with social media focus
his module explores how to tailor and optimize communication for different publishing channels, focusing on social media platforms. Participants will learn to recognize key principles of social media marketing, with a focus on personalization, target audience segmentation, and authenticity.
