Interviewee
For your research, you may conduct several face-to-face interviews. Give the surname of the person interviewed as you would for an author and the year of the interview.
The company is pursuing a rigorous policy on the issue (Kangasniemi, 2023).
You will probably include interview profiles either in the Appendix or text in which you give details about the interviewee such as their position in the company, the name and location of the company, the title of the interview and date etc. If the interview is conducted online, you should include that information too.
If the interviewee wishes to remain anonymous, you should check with your thesis supervisor or lecturer what technique they recommend. For example, you can refer to the interviewees with letters:
