Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student will:
- understand the cultural basis of their own actions
- recognise the effects of different languages, cultures and expatriate experiences on the activities of individuals and organisations
- be able to identify the dimensions of cultural sensitivity and language awareness in their approach to work.
